读取dwg、dxf的示例，vs2010下测试通过，支持最新的cad2014格式，更多示例可从官方下载。

Python中dlib包的安装非常麻烦，直接pipinstalldlib，会出现很多错误，需要先安装CMake和VS2015（要选中VC++开发环境）。
如果有.whl文件，则直接可以pipinstalldlib.whl。
网上只能找到dlib-19.7.0-cp36-cp36m-win_amd64.whl。
然而，dlib19.7的人脸识别速度比较慢。
于是我装好dlib-19.19.0.7后，生成了这个whl文件，在命令行中进入该文件的目录：pipinstalldlib-19.15.0-cp36-cp36m-win_amd64.whl就可直接安装
