使用方法： 单击地图即可获取经纬度（不是拖动，是单击） 因为考虑到他们公司的员工频繁的出国，所以让客户在国内和国外都可以使用该工具所以就写了两个html YtoUCoordinateTool_China_Server.html这个html使用的是中国googlemap服务器。
