版本必须是PhpStorm2018.3，本人亲测可用。
将压缩包resources_cn.jar复制粘贴到PhpStorm2018.3的安装目录下的lib目录。
resources_en.jar剪切处理放到其他目录留着备用。

想必qpst大家都有吧）2、手机拨##3424#进入工程模式连接计算机（需要提前安装qpst）3、打开qxdm在options菜单下有comunicationports下Targetport设置正确的端口（可以在qpstconfiguration里先设置端口）。
