S4VM算法(Matlab)
在过去的十年中,为了解决半监督支持向量机某一方面的特定问题,出现了很多改进版本,如针对半监督支持向量机效率低下的问题,提出了meanS3VM算法;
针对利用无标记数据时会产生性能下降的问题,提出了S4VM算法;
针对代价敏感的问题,提出了CS4VM算法。
S4VM对传统的S3VM进行了改进。
传统的S3VM基于低密度假设,它试图找到一个低密度的分界线,也就是更倾向于决策边界穿过特征空间的低密度区域。
S4VM和S3VM的不同点在于,S3VM试图把注意力集中在一个最优的低密度分界线上,而S4VM则同时关注多个可能的低密度分界线。
本算法给出了详细的S4VM算法,并附一demo展示效果,加深理解
